The address
[email protected] — corrections, additions, questions, complaints about the site itself. There is no contact form, because a form here would collect more about you than an email does and would need a privacy notice to explain it.
Corrections
These are the most useful messages we get, and they are wanted rather than tolerated. If a licence number, licensee, registered office, deposit figure or withdrawal window on this site differs from the source, tell us. Where the Gambling Commission register disagrees with a page here, the register is right and the page is wrong.
What makes a correction quick to act on: the page URL, the specific figure, and what it should say. If you have the source — a register entry, a clause in an operator's terms — that removes the slowest step. How corrections are handled sets out what happens next and what gets recorded on the page.
Adding a casino
Suggestions are welcome, and the useful version includes the domain. A domain can be resolved to a licensee through the register; a brand name alone is precisely the thing the register cannot match, which is the difficulty this whole site exists to handle. With a domain we can usually confirm the licensed company in a minute.
Before writing, it is worth trying the lookup tool. It indexes every licensee in the register together with every declared domain, so it may already answer the question.
What we cannot help with
We are not a casino, not an affiliate of one, and not connected to any operator named on this site. So we cannot access your account, release a withdrawal, recover a balance, cancel a self-exclusion or intervene in a dispute. If a withdrawal is stuck, contact the licensed company named on the brand's page here — that is the party you contracted with — and if it is unresolved after eight weeks the operator must offer an approved adjudicator free of charge.
We also cannot sell anything. There is no advertising, sponsorship, guest posting, link insertion or paid review available on this site, and messages offering to buy any of those will not get a reply.
Gambling support
If gambling has stopped being something you enjoy, that matters more than any question about this site. Our page on GAMSTOP and self-exclusion explains how national self-exclusion works, what it covers, and why sites advertising that they are "not on GAMSTOP" hold no British licence. GambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline offer free, confidential support and are independent of us and of every operator listed here.
About replies
The inbox is read by a person and answered as one, not by a system. Corrections are prioritised, then additions, then everything else. Licence data on the site was last read 31st July 2026; if you are writing about a figure, mentioning the date on the page helps us tell a stale reading from a genuine error.
